Both ‘Barfi’ and ‘Chikki’ are mouth watering. But what is bothering is the terrorism in this country. That is a part of this film subject rewritten to the final shape by six times by Shekar alias Rajasekhar – director cum producer of ‘Amrutha Vaani’ and director of ‘Parole’ Kannada cinema.

This is a thriller cum love story. Every scene is made with lot of care. This is a big budget cinema with schedule in Bangalore, Goa, Punjab, Chandigarh, Amritsar and Simla are the places selected for shooting locations. The script suited the good looking hero Diganth and even Bhama makes a good pair on screen. The script is interestingly stitched.

Diganth is a software and smooth guy with lot of liveliness. He is already established as hero. For this film the first hero is script says Shekar.

Shanker producer of ‘Barfi’ is from real estate and finance business in the last ten years. He is a friend of Shekar and looked after the money for spending to ‘Amrutha Vaani’. He is now producing for his friend Shekar from his money.

Arjun Janya is preparing the sweet tunes and ‘Barfi’ cameraman is Gundulpet Suresh who became independent cameraman from ‘Parole’ Kannada cinema.

Diganth was impressed with the Parole cinema direction of Shekhar. For this film he has made a good script he says. None of the expectations of audience go right. For this film Diganth has a pet dog. It sleeps and moves with him in the film. This is a film with terrorism and love he says.

Shekhar intends a master piece from this film. It is not like a cut piece he has seen in his ‘Black Bird’ garment factory!
